Greetings!

Whether you are single or in a relationship that is straight, gay, monogamous, open, kinky or conservative; I look forward to helping you write the next chapter of your life.  Now is the time to enhance intimacy, develop a greater sense of self-awareness, spice up your love life, boost your self-esteem, and improve your relationships.  By entering therapy and learning more about yourself; you can develop autonomy, develop new communication tools, process life, confront challenges, and finally feel heard.  Take control of your life, break away from old habits and finally feel heard.

My specialties include couples therapy, sex therapy, and psychotherapy with individuals striving for a more fulfilling life. I have provided a variety of lectures on topics pertaining to sex education, relationships, sex after cancer, sex & recovery, communication within relationships, consent, BDSM, sex after 60, and more. I am also co-author a sex & relationship column in Palm Springs and am an adjunct professor in Palm Desert.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist  (92434) specializing in couples therapy, sex therapy, and psychotherapy with individuals striving for a more fulfilling life.  I also have a passion for delivering sex-positive sex education.  Over the last ten years, I have provided lectures on topics pertaining to general sex education, LGBT specific sex education, relationships, sex after cancer, sex & recovery, sex therapy, communication within relationships, consent, BDSM, and more.  I am also a sex & relationship columnist and adjunct professor at Brandman University and UC Riverside School of Medicine.

In regards to my educational background, I received my BS in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and then completed my MS in Counseling at San Diego State University (SDSU).  To stay educated and remain open minded, I continuously attend lectures, workshops and conferences.  I also maintain professional membership to network and learn from others.
